and consultation. This included treatment of
employees who were afflicted with various
ailments like acute abdominal pain, Urticaria,
Migraine, Cholecystitis, Vertigo, Jaundice , Back
Pain , Anemia, Angina pectoris, Hypertension,
Hypotension, Arthritis, Abscesses, Bronchitis,
Breathlessness, Allergy, Hepatitis, Loss of
consciousness, Urolithiasis, Aches , Fevers,
Insect bites, Chemical
Injuries, Mechanical
Injuries, Electrical accidents etc.
The undersigned visited Dispensary once-aweek and provided medical services to PAEC
Employees and the general public who came to
Dispensary which is located outside the Plant
Area and has been built to facilitate the local
public. The services rendered by the
undersigned
included treatment of the
patients of all age groups : Children, women,
young and the elderly. Patients suffering from
various diseases were provided treatment,
consultation and guidance. These included
patients suffering from Backache, Blood In
Urine, Hypothyroidism, Anemia, Diarrhea ,
Dermatitis, Tetanus, Abdominal pain, Migraine,
Bruises, , Jaundice , Back Pain , Cellulitis,
Hepatitis, Fungal infections, Chronic Rhinitis,
Colitis, Pneumonia, Cardiac Pain, Hypertension,
Arthritis, Abscesses, Breathlessness, Allergy,
Hepatitis, Urolithiasis, Aches , Fevers, etc.

Teaching And
Training Of
Subordinate Staf

From time to time, the undersigned imparted

proper teaching and training to Para-medical
Staff of Medical Center to improve the practice
of procedures and techniques. Examples
include avoidance of common errors in Blood
Pressure measurement; safe administration of
injections to patients according to Standard
Medical Protocols in order to avoid damage to
blood vessels and nerves; training to promptly
recognize symptoms and signs in patients ,
and promptly refer serious patients to Qualified
Medical personnel during shift duties,etc.

Provision Of
Health Guidance
To Employees

I provided guidance to employees about their

health concerns and various issues like
vaccinations; prevention and testing of
Dengue, STDs, Malaria and Communicable
diseases; Nutritional advice ; advice about
weight control ; prevention and treatment of
Cardiovascular Diseases; interprettation of
medical lab results and investigations etc Other
information was also provided to help patients
take control of their health.

Family Members

From time to time, the employees visited the

undersigned
to
obtain
guidance
and
consultation about medical conditions of their
family members. The medical guidance
provided to employees created a sense of reassurance and satisfaction in them.
