Served in various technical, contracts, program management and senior management
positions. Also served as ESOP representative to the Board of Directors from 1995 2005.
Provided group management and oversight on both hardware engineering development
and software systems projects, as well as leading multi-disciplinary SBIR teams.
Managed multiple facilities around the country, and played a major role in proposal
development, contract negotiations and customer liaison. Responsible for planning,
contracting, budgeting, and administration of Group (~ 50% of the company), technical
performance of Group projects, marketing and business development.
Served as Program Manager for several major contracts, including: Commander, Naval
Meteorology and Oceanography Command; Naval Oceanographic Office; Naval
Research Laboratory MC&G Division; and Raytheon/E-Systems. .
Provided support to major corporate initiatives such as the Air Force Research Labs
Deployable space Science eXperiment (DSX); the Armys Ground Penetrating Radar for
Landmine Detection; the Navys Multi-Level Secure software; Acoustic
Simulation/Stimulation for Air ASW; and several other technologies.
Co-led the achievement of Quality Programs including Capability Maturity Model
Integrated (CMMI) Level 3 for software and ISO-9001/AS-9100 for hardware.

Responsible for requirements analyses, hardware/software tradeoff studies, and
formulation of development and acquisition strategies for shore-based and afloat systems
to assess and exploit oceanographic and atmospheric effects on sensors and weapons
systems in support of all major warfare areas.
Served as Project Manager for the acquisition, installation, and training of five NATO
systems world-wide. Duties included the formulation of project plans, schedules, tasking
and budgets. Also authored impact statements, point papers, and technical specifications.
