The purpose of the project is to Coordinate Disassembly of Industrial
Equipment from Proagro Plant.

Description of Deliverables (Service Scope)


3.1 Project Management
Disassembly of equipment must be ready in three week beginning on
March 02, 2015, as late date to finish March 20, and the budget allow to this
project is $15.000
Once the equipment are disassembled must be loaded in vehicles on
weekends and be dispatched on Monday to Acarigua, taking in account
requirements of the client, must be available.
Disassembly work will not adversely affect surrounding area, including internal
departments.

All factors to tailoring the budget must be taking into account such as:
logistics for relocation of workers, which must have sufficient experience to
carry out activities of disassembly. To consider use of load skates, forklift, 25
ton crane, tools and necessary materials to disassembly of equipment.
3.2 Contracting
The Contract is based in: 1 run time: fifteen (15) days 2. Payment terms:
40% advance rest at the end of the work. 3. These prices are based on the
current date and subject to review according to increases in costs associated
with the work, by any other clause both presidential decree with force of law,
as well as customer requirements that are not covered by this offer 4. Do not
include cost of bonding, civil and electrical works. 6. All equipment must be
de-energized and disconnected electrically. 7. Water, electricity and health
services shall be borne by the customer.
The company has a Policy against Accidents to prevent worker Injuries,
equipment damages and work performance.
To performance all activities; has appointed a Mechanical Engineer as
Coordinator of Work.
3.3 Disassembly The content is a bit brief, so add more.
Disassembly shall be completed in a professional manner according to
standard industry practices:
Research on the workplace dimensions, weights and constructive
characteristics of equipment to determine type of crane capacity and type of
truck that must be used to disassembly of equipment.
Define loading area of trucks according with the position of equipment.
Review the access routes for better movement of equipment from the place
in which are mounted toward truck loading area.
Encode the equipment that will be removed to create a checklist for to
shipping of equipment parts and can be tracked also.
In order to carry out whole activities, create work teams according with
their skills and according to the schedule of activities to guarantee the better
distribution of resources and workload.

Prepare the workplace according with hierarchical dismounting. Set tools


and required material in the workplace.
Locate the crane in best position to ensure loading process.
Disarming and dismantling equipment and carefully, load them on trucks
in which will be shipped.
The workplace and tools must be orderly and clean after activities.
When the trucks have been loaded and shipped fill a checklist as a
Constancy of Output, which must be sent to the customer to confirm the
closure of the project.

Not included in the scope of this project are:


Other Industrial equipment Not in List.

Negotiations with Staff Unions.

Any activity not contemplated into the budget.

Pipelines system is free of ammonia gas. what does this mean?

Payment will be made at the end of the work, there is not finance.
Budget of $15.000 must not be exceeded.
