Working Experience
May - August Internship at Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd, The Venue
2014 - Supervise construction of 300m Guide wall prior to Diaphragm wall construction.
- Monitor and ensure quality work by sub-contractor.
- Liaise with the consultant RE and RTO in performing inspection for the guide wall work.
- Assist the Construction Manager in decommissioning and extraction of remaining underground
services (HT, LT cables, gas and drainage lines).
- Familiar with the construction method for Diaphragm wall, Bored pile and Kentledge Pile load test.
- Familiar with LTA requirement for railway protection zones as part of D-wall construction lies
close to North-East MRT tunnel.
May - August Internship at Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore Sports Hub, Zone 4 External Works
2013 - Manage day-to-day operations during the renovation of Singapore Indoor Stadium car park.
- Manage site preparation works for the car park renovation such as: decommissioning of existing
underground services, cable detection, trees removal, erection of hoarding, etc.
- Coordinate communications between the client, main contractor and sub-contractor for the
duration of car park renovation work.
- Perform quality inspections during construction of drainage network and car park kerbs.
- Prepare documents for weekly application of Permit to Work for different sub-contractors and
produce weekly progress report for the car park renovation project.

Degree Projects
August 2014- NUS Final Year Project (ongoing) - Float characteristics of Location-based scheduling method
August 2015 - Propose an alternative method of analyzing robustness of construction schedules prepared with
Location-based scheduling.
- Familiarize with the limitations of traditional Critical-Path scheduling method when applied to
construction sites and how these limitations can be mitigated with Location-based scheduling
method.
- Run case scenario on previous project to improve construction schedule.

January-April Design Project (ongoing) - Part of CE4282 Building Information Modelling for Project Management
2015 - Develop a BIM Execution Plan for modelling an academic block in NUS Engineering.
- Develop the architectural model of using Autodesk Revit 2015.
- Transfer the architectural model to a structural analysis model using Tekla Structure 20.0
- Produce structural design report based on the result of structural analysis model.
- Develop site planning strategy and cost estimation with the aid of the models developed.
July-August NUS Design Project - Innovative construction method for Enhancing productivity
2014 - Model and analyze a construction project (BCA Academy 11-storey training workshop block, 200
Braddell Road) using Autodesk Revit 2015 as part of the Building Information Modelling (BIM)
process.
- Analyze the building designs Buildable Design Score.
- Propose more efficient method (precast construction) and alternative site management plan to
improve Constructability Score.
- Perform structural calculation for precast members and connections following Eurocode 2.
- Participate in BCA Productivity Challenge, Singapore Construction Productivity Week (SCPW) 2014
September- Research project on steel-fiber reinforced concrete - CE5510 Advanced structural concrete design
November 2014 - Study the latest developments in design and application of steel-fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC).
- Perform structural design calculation on typical members to discern the advantages of SFRC over
regular RC and the optimum use of the medium.
February-April Design Project - Part of CE3165 Structural concrete design
2014 - Propose architectural and structural plan for a two-storey dormitory block with standard facilities
(lobby, lounges, pantries, restrooms, etc).
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD 2013 and Autodesk Revit 2014.

pre-stressed elements.
