ULI Baltimore Presents

Partnership for Building Reuse Implementing the Recommendations

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has established a team to create a plan for applying
the recommendations of "Building on Baltimore's History," a November 2014 report
issued by the Partnership for Building Reuse, a joint initiative of the National Trust
for Historic Preservation and the Urban Land Institute. The report examines how
Baltimore can overcome market, financial, technical and regulatory barriers to revive
areas of the City with underused and vacant older buildings. ULI Baltimore invites
you to hear directly from the Mayor's implementation team on the status of their plans
