V4.5.

I was involved in the Vocational Rehabilitation module of this project. Vocational

Rehabilitation primarily deals with getting the injured worker back to work. The
module helped provide an “at a glance” view of work items for a Vocational
Rehabilitation consultant. It also provided a focused process for the creation of the
“One Rehabilitation Plan” for the injured worker.

Responsibilities:

• To get the requirements from the concerned Business Analyst and have a
walk through over the business design.
• Design the various functionalities of the project using the tool Enterprise
Architect (EA for UML modeling).
• Used the tool IBM Rational Rose extensively for modeling class
diagrams, performing various associations amongst classes.
• Used IBM Clear Case repository extensively for sharing work related
data with the offshore team.
• Implemented code in core Java incorporated with struts framework.
Designed UIM (User Interface Model) for the UI presentation.

Project Description:

The assessment functionality utilizes IEG (Intelligent Evidence Gathering) to guide the
worker in collecting the information necessary to run the assessment. Once
information is entered, the system will run the appropriate assessment rule set against
