You can:
- use it free of charge;

1. License Agreement
As used in this Agreement, "Author" or "Author of the Product" shall mean Oleg M
ikheev. "Product" or "Software Product " shall mean BlueARP version 1.x.
BY USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO T
HIS AGREEMENT AS THE "LICENSEE." IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS PRODUCT, AND YOU DO NOT BECOME A LI
CENSEE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Author grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce
and use for personal or internal business purposes, on a single computer and by
a single person at a time, the executable code version of the Product, provided
any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices. This license doe
s not entitle Licensee to receive from Author of the Product hard-copy documenta
tion, technical support, telephone assistance, or enhancements or updates to the
Product, although Author may decide to provide these anyway. Author may termina
te this Agreement at any time, for any reason or no reason. Author may also term
inate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon
termination, Licensee shall destroy all copies of the Product and of the persona
lised license files that were received by Licensee after purchase.
2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions
You may distribute this Software Product provided the following conditions are m
et:
- This license agreement must accompany the Software Product;
- You do not charge any money for the Software Product or its distribution with
out express written permission from Oleg Mikheev;
- You do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or give away any serial code
s, license files or information;
You may not copy, decompile, attempt to discover the source code or resources, r
everse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
Product in whole or part, including translation to another language, computer l
anguage or format. You may not attempt to unlock or bypass any copyprotection or
authentication algorithm utilized by this Product.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRE
SS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DE
FECTS, VIRUS FREE, ABLE TO OPERATE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED BASIS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITU
TES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AUTHORIZED HER
EUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.
4. Limitation of Liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUTHOR OF TH
IS SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR HIS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, S
PECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILI
TY TO USE THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS,
LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL
OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF,
AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) U
PON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED. IN ANY CASE, AUTHOR'S COLLECTIVE LIABILITY UNDER A

FEES LICENSEE PAID FOR THIS LICENSE (IF ANY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW TH
E EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, SO TH
IS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
