Nella zona fitness ci si allena in maniera pi intensiva.
Lenergia in questo caso viene tratta dalla combustione di carboidrati.

Rendimento 80 100% della FC massima
Orientamento: Allenamento per sportivi efficienti
Lallenamento nella zona di rendimento molto intensivo e dovrebbe
essere effettuato solo da sportivi allenati.
Donne:
210 la met dellet (0,11 x il peso personale espresso in
kg)
La giusta pulsazione per lallenamento
La zona di allenamento il range nel quale dovrebbe muoversi la
frequenza cardiaca durante un allenamento effettivo e finalizzato.
Dal punto di vista della medicina sportiva possibile distinguere
tre zone di allenamento:
Fare sempre in modo che i piani generali non si occupino mai
degli interessi personali dello sportivo! Pertanto possibile avere
una struttura di allenamento davvero ottimale solo con lausilio di
un allenatore con una buona preparazione e che conosca bene
lo sportivo.

Orientacin: Wellness para principiantes o para los que retoman
la actividad deportiva.
Esta zona tambin se denomina zona de quema de grasas. En
ella se ejercita el metabolismo aerbico, es decir, las grasas y
los hidratos de carbono de los msculos se queman y se convierten
en energa.
FZ (Fitness-Zone)
Fitness 70 - 80 % de la FC mx.
Orientacin: Fitness para avanzados.
En la zona Fitness el entrenamiento es ms intensivo. En este
caso, la energa se obtiene principalmente al quemar hidratos de
carbono.
ESPAOL
PZ (Power-Zone)
Rendimiento 80 - 100% de la FC mx.
Orientacin: entrenamiento para deportistas de alto rendimiento.
En la Power Zone el entrenamiento es muy intensivo. Slo deberan
realizarlo deportistas de alto nivel.

Gezondheid 55 70% van de max. HF.
Doelstelling: Wellnes voor de (her)starter.
Deze zone wordt ook wel de "Vetverbrandingszone"genoemd. Hier
wordt de aerobe stofwisseling getraind, d.w.z. in de spieren worden
de vetten en koolhydraten verbrand cq in energie teruggebracht.
Maximale Hartfrequentie
De maximale hartfrequentie (max. HF/HR) is de maximale hartslagfrequentie die voor u is toegestaan. Deze individuele max. HF/HR
is afhankelijk van leeftijd,gewicht, geslacht.
Het beste middel om uw maximale hartslag vast te stellen is een
belastingtest om uw conditie vast te stellen en zo uw max. Hartslag
vast te stellen.
Wij adviseren deze testen te doen onder leiding van een arts of
sportarts en deze test regelmatig te herhalen.
De max. HF/HR kann ook door een mathematisch vergelijking
worden geschat:
Mannen:
210 - helft van de leeftijd - (0.11 x pers. gewicht in kg) + 4
FZ (Fitness-Zone)
Fitness 70 80% van de max. HF.
Doelstelling: Fitness voor gevorderden.
In de fitness-zone traint u duidelijk intensiever. De energie wordt
hoofdzakelijk uit de verbrande koolhydraten verkregen.
PZ (Power-Zone)
Vermogen 80 100 % van de max.HF.
Doelstelling: Training voor prestatie gerichte sporter.
De training in deze zone is zeer intensief en is bedoeld voor de
getrainde sporter.
