Abstract -- Oscillatory treatment of fluids. Water or another physiologically tolerable
liquid is treated by being subjected to oscillations modulated by one or more low
frequency signals, the oscillation frequency being a multiple of the modulating
frequency. As described the oscillations are applied as electric currents between silver
or stainless steel electrodes. Alternatively the oscillations applied to the liquid,
preferably water, may be mechanical, electromagnetic, or light. The treated liquid is
said to be of use for the treatment or diagnosis of illness.
I, KINDT FLYBORG, of Granvej 53, Annisse, 3200 Helsinge, Denmark, of Danish
nationality, do hereby declare the invention, for which I pray that a patent may be
granted to me, and the method by which it is to be performed, to be particularly
described in and by the following statement:
The present invention relates to a method for producing means for therapy or
diagnostication consisting of frequency activated water or other physiological tolerable
fluids or solids.
For several years it has been knawn to treat various illnesses, first of all word-blindness
and headache with sounds recorded on gramophone records or tapes. These treatments
have been given through 'headphones, and the sound is apparently a casual mixing of
different cracks and sinusoidal oscillations in continuous bands over some octaves.
These treatments with sounds have been effective in some cases, but up till now nobody
has realized any regularity between the sound Frequencies and the results of the
treatments. For this reason it has not been possible to create a proper therapy system
with sufficient effect.
An object of the invention is to provide a new and effective method for producing
means for therapy or diagnosticaton, by means of which a great number of different
illnesses may be effectively treated and diagnosed.
The invention is based upon a theory confirmed by many experiments and treatments

which states that each organ in human beings, animal and plants as well as every
element is in harmony with a certain series of frequencies. This harmony goes down
into the infrasound area to about 0.1 C/s.
These frequencies have proved to be of a normalizing effect to the organ in question.
The treatment can be given by direct mechanical vibrations ( massage or sound ) on the
sick organ, by sound through the ears or by electro magnetic or electric treatment with
the effective frequencies. A similar treatment with modulated light has also a great
therapeutic effect.
These series of frequencies are so fundamental that it is possible, in accordance with the
invention, also to obtain an effect corresponding to the effect obtained by direct treat
ment, by treating water or other physiological- ly tolerable liquid with the same
frequencies and then let the patient drink this activated water. The treatment can ;be
carried out me chanically, electrically, electromagnetically or with light. The activity
remains in the water for several weeks.
It is necessary that the frequencies are very precise in order to obtain a therapeutic
effect.
At such a resonance frequency a bandwidth of 5% has been measured.
Shortly after that the patient has been treat ed with sound or frequency activated water,
he or she very often feels a certain dislike, tenderness or perhaps even pain in the sick
organ, if the frequencies used have hit this organ.
In this way frequency activated liquids pro diced by the method according to this
invention may be used for diagnostication.
According to this invention, therefore there is provided a method of producing therapy
or diagnosticating means wherein water or another physiologically tolerable liquid is
activated with oscillations modulated with one or more low frequency or ultra low
frequency sig- nals in the range 0.1 to 25 cps, the said oscillations having a frequency
which is an integral multiple of the frequency of the modulating signal.
Sinusoidal oscillations modulated with square wave pulses may be used. The experience
from many experiments and treatments has shown chat a specially powerful effect can
be obtained when the modulation signals consists of square wave pulses. Square pulses
consist substantially only of odd harmonies.
When producing frequency activated media in accordance with the invention,
oscillations consisting of varying electric currents passed directly through the medium,
may be used. This can be done by means of electrodes having a large surface area and
e.g. consisting of a net. The electrodes are preferably made from either silver or
stainless steel.
In the following description the invention is explained in more detail with reference to
the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that this description is
an example rather than a limitation.

In the drawings
Fig. 1 shows a sinusoidal carrier wave,
Fig. 2 - 4 shows various possible modulation voltages,
Fig. 5 shows a square wave pulse train, and
Fig. 6 shows the carrier wave modulated with square pulses.

Two silver electrodes consisting of a net of silver threads covering a plastics frame are
immersed in a glass vessel containing 10 litres of water which is to be activated. The
tension for treatment, approximately 90 volts, is set on the two electrodes, and the mean
current is 0.5 - 1 Amperes. The water can be treated in this way from 1 to 10 hours. If
the water is to be activated for treatment of the trapezius muscle, the tension which is
set on the electrodes is modulated as follows. A carrier frequency modulated by a
particular pulse frequency is applied to the water for 25 seconds, there is then a pause of
5 seconds and a new carrier frequency modulated by a new pulse frequency is then
applied for 25 seconds. This process continues for 4 minutes and the cycle then begins
again. A typical succession of frequencies is as follows:

The water activated with the above mentioned frequencies will influence the trapezius
muscle, and when a patient suffering from a disorder of this muscle in the neck/shoulder
area drinks this activated water, the effect will be as follows.
The first reaction beginning 3-24 hours after the treatment - will be pain and irritation in
neck and shoulder. After some treatments this response will disappear, and the recovery
takes place.
The normal does is 100 millilitres in the morning as well as in the evening. The carrier
frequency may conveniently be in the range of '100 to 111000 C/s. In the example given
above it will be noted that the modulation frequencies are 1, 2, 3 and 4 times a basic
frequency, while the carrier wave frequencies are multiples of the modulation
frequency.
When the patients drink the activated water, the first effect will often be negative, that is
to say that the symptoms of illness become reinforced or that other symptoms join in.
Quite often the patient also feels an increasing fatigue. When this reaction is over, the
recovery takes place. Some of the patients who have only been treated with the
activated water, have not continued with the treatment beyond this very first time of
reaction and thus they will - of course - say that the effect of the frequency activated
water has been negative.
The result of this investigation appears from the table. From a number of 139 patients
83 per cent have stated that the activated water had a positive effect and caused a
recovery of their condition.
Finally, it should be mentioned that in certain cases the patients have received nonactivated water in order to check whether the recover was due to suggestion. There is no
evidence to suggest that this was the case.
