The LinkPoint Gateway was one of the first successful demonstrations of cloud-based
technology in the e-Commerce industry
Led successful completion and implementation of over 100 diverse projects ranging from
smaller business initiatives in the $50K to $100K cost range, to customized applications for key
clients, to large-scale hardware and software architecting projects in the $3 to $5 million range
Launched corporate-wide project to redirect payment processing from failed SurePay gateway
and reboard 9,600 merchants to reliable LinkPoint, mitigating 1000s of bad transactions and
avoiding any potential lawsuits and legal ramifications
Launched project to create a white labeled version of the LinkPoint gateway at the request of
several banks including Wells Fargo, Chase, Wachovia and PNC, marketed as YourPay for
optional client branding
Exceeded 10,000 merchant sales goal growth by 100%, hitting 20,000 new merchants
processing with YourPay
Introduced new Application Program Interface (API) software support programs to provide realtime technical and operational support data, and renegotiated service contracts with multiple
major clients to eliminate both support cost overruns and $5M of annual revenue risk
Conceived and product-managed a 3-phase project to co-brand the First Data International
ANZSA region (Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia) e-Commerce offering, including credit
and debit card transaction processing, merchant boarding and account billing services, to widen
gateways international footprint, adding 5,000 merchants and generating $4M of additional
annual revenue
Created a Program Integration guide for the B-2 Bomber Defensive Avionics Team to meet all Air
Force and government standards, achieving the highest rating of 4 and $30M in incentive and
award fees, recorded as pure profit (Northrup Grumman)
