subsequentprocessinghere.
TheCheckCockpitrunsindependentlyofuserroles,applicationsandscenariosandthereforemeans
thatadownstreamconsistencycheckispossible.

Activitymanagementcanbeusedtoassigntheresultsofthechecklogtoindividualusersfor
subsequentprocessing.

Prerequisites
ThisapplicationisonlyavailableintheWebClientUI.YoudonotneedtomakeanyCustomizing
settingstousethebasicfunctions.

Thisisaheaderdocumentforvariouscheckclassesandspecificcheckresultsforthesecheck
classes.AcheckrunisalwayslinkedtoatleastoneSAPjobthatperformsthecheckinthe
background.Checkrunscanthereforealsobescheduledorexecutedperiodically.

CreateCheckRun
1. Tocreateacheckrun,youmustfirstselectacheckcategory.Thefollowingdefaultcheck
categoriesareavailable:
QuotationsandContractsfortheUtilitiesIndustry
ServiceLocationsfortheUtilitiesCategory
2. Onceyouhaveselectedasuitablecheckcategory,thesystemcreatesanewcheckruntowhich
variouschecksareassigned.Youcanspecifywhetheryouwanttoexecutespecificcheck
classesorallcheckclasseshere.
Ifyouselectalargenumberofcheckclasses,thisextendstheruntimeforthecheckrun
accordingly.
3. Assignanametothecheckrunanddefinetheschedulingconditions(suchasthetimeand
frequency).

EvalulateCheckResult
1. Usethesearchfunctiontochooseacheckrunanddisplaythis.
2. Youcanusethecheckresulttreetodisplayanoverviewoftheresultsfortheindividualcheck
classesandanalyzethecheckclasseswithanerrorstatus.

ProblemsintheISUErrorMonitor"asthecheckclass.Savethecheckrunforimmediateexecution
andwaitforthecheckresult.Thesystemdisplaysthecheckrun.Youcanupdatethedisplayif
processingisnotcompleteusingthefunction Update .Oncethisiscomplete,thesystemdisplaysa
listofcontractsorcontractitemsthatcouldnotbeprocessedintheerrormonitor.
