Town Board Moments
1. Citizen Concerns- Mr.
Chris Ferguson
representing the Oxbow
Fire Dept. made a request
for release of annual
budget funds for the fire
department. Request was
approved. B. County
Legislator Al Drake
addressed the board
members with information
on funds available for
work to start on County
Rt. 194 this spring.
2. Communications: a.
Cerow Agency, renewal
notification for the Towns
insurance policy and town
received a notification
about having playgrounds
inspected. B. A
notification letter received
from the Department of
insurance of Jefferson
Co. A change in
department address
where claims are to be
submitted.
3. Motion made and
carried to authorize Bruce
Mitchell Town Zoning
officer to take the online
courses to get certified as
a playground inspector
and this will be funded by
the Town.

will be on, March 9th, 2015

Village Board
Moment
1.Citizen ConcernsNo concerns noted
2.DPW Report - No
one present. Busy
moving snow and
doing day to day
duties.
3. Sewer Project
Update - Contracts #1
and #2 are complete,
work on contract #3
and #4 is progressing
on schedule. The
Village is still in talks
with RD regarding use
of their funding for
pumping station
improvements.
4. A motion was made
and carried to
approve the 2015 dog
shelter agreement in
the amount of $150
with the dog control
officer, Daniel Moyer.
5. A motion was made
and carried to renew
the shared highway
services agreement
with Jefferson County.
6. A motion was made
and carried to allow the
Town to research
shared services grants
for a joint office building.
