Make a PEST Diagram in PowerPoint

To make PEST Diagram or chart in PowerPoint we can use SmartArt graphics, which are very helpful to
add simple circular diagrams in PowerPoint. Additionally, we can convert SmartArt to Shapes and this will
add more flexibility to control the diagram shapes and options.
For the purpose of this diagram, we can use the Diverging Radial graphic available in the SmartArt
collection.

Use Diverging Radial to show relationships to a central idea in a cycle. The first Level 1 line
of text corresponds to the central circular shape. Emphasizes the surrounding circles rather
than the central idea. Unused text does not appear, but remains available if you switch
layouts.
We start adding the new free graphic in PowerPoint and then add the text for each stage. As you can see,
there are some notorious stages Environment, Social, Technology, Legal, Economic, Political. Make sure
to put PEST Analysis in the top of hierarchy.

Then you can change the SmartArt styles to use another different design or even convert your 2D
diagram to 3D PEST Analysis template.

Customer Relationship Management Diagram In

PowerPoint

Customer Relationship Management (also known as CRM) is a

widely implemented strategy for managing a companys
interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. It

involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize

business processesprincipally sales activities, but also those for
marketing, customer service, and technical support. However,
CRM is not just a software package or solution, it is an overall
concept beyond software or a specific CRM platform or provider.
Lets see how to design a very simple CRM Diagram in
PowerPoint using SmartArt. First, we need to make a new
blank PowerPoint template. Then we add a bullet list with the
hierarchy. In the root we place CRM since this will be the center
action in the circle diagram.
Then we add the leaf with each bullet point. For example we can
add the following steps or actions in the diagram.
CRM
o

Sales & Marketing

Analysis Reporting

Service

Relation Management

ERP & Finance

Then we can convert the list to SmartArt by using Insert ->

Convert to SmartArt and then choose the appropriate diagram.

Next, you can change the design for this diagram.

Then you can change the colors in the diagram so each circle will
display a different background color.
Finally, we got this nice CRM diagram with colors in PowerPoint
that you can use in your MBApresentations or sale or corporate
strategy PowerPoint presentations.
