administration and employees leaves management. This system maintains the information of all
the employees.
e-Leave Management System was specially designed to manage the employees leave
information. This serves as a tool for better management of employees information. The main
emphasis of this project is to develop an efficient web enabled application that can automate the
needs of Employee Leave Management. This is aimed at automating the existing manual system
for quick information processing, generating statistical reports and to serve as a repository of
data for better information exchange and future retrieval.
Existing System:
In the current system, staff needs to submit their leaves manually to their respected higher
authorities.
This increases the paper work, overall time duration and also makes the task of maintaining
the records as tedious.
So if any information about the employee is required means- requires searching a vast
number of records.
Proposed System:
The proposed system automates the existing system. It decreases the paper work, overall time
duration and makes record maintenance easier by having a database for leaves maintenance.
It provides an easy, maintained and systematic environment for the higher panel
(HOD/principal) for the approval of leave.
It ensures that all leave application and records are properly accounted for.
Staffs can apply, approve and view leave records immediately, without the having to go
through the admin staff its all at staffs fingertips with anytime, anywhere access.
To maintain a Centralized database management system catering the needs of all users
this is fully controlled and organized by an Administrator.
To provide a communication tool for better information exchange and organization of the
system.
