with a money back guarantee, which entitles you to a complete or partial refund of your money,in
case you do not get what inclusion(s) were promised to you at the time of booking confirmation.
Availability and prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received for a package.
Full payment does not automatically assure package booking and acceptance by WAH Holidays
Pvt Ltd. Booking is confirmed and accepted only when booking vouchers are issued for the
particular booking. In case booking is not accepted, full refund would be made to the customer or
adjusted against an alternate booking as desired by the customer.
This package is not available for certain specific black out dates (including Christmas & New
Year) and certain long weekends. Peak season surcharge may apply during this period.
In the unlikely case of delay/cancellation of flights due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer

Liability of WAH Holidays Pvt Ltd is limited to the extent of the booking amount received from the
customer.

Bookings Terms
No single component can be booked. To avail the benefits of transparent pricing and flat booking
fee, a minimum of two products need to be booked, out of which one product needs to be hotels
or transfers/activities.
Please note that there would be no changes allowed in the itinerary 15 days before the departure
date or once the Visa has been granted. Any changes would invite cancellation and rescheduling
cost.
