High-level timetable for the full Licence

The SoS has decided the Licences should come into force at the same time as the next price control, on
1 April
p 2014, to avoid disturbing
g the current settlements. This has the benefit of enabling
g the Licences to
be developed alongside the development of revised price and service quality regulation. This timetable is
subject to change and Parliamentary approval of the draft Civil Aviation Bill.
