On the cover: Members of singing groups enjoy meeting new people, breathing better, and feeling more alert and
emotionally uplifted. Singing provides a direct and immediate sense of happiness and takes your mind off the stresses of the day. And its an ageless enjoyment - youre never too old.
There is a new singing group forming at Berkeley Senior Center. If you are interested in participating, please call
Dianne Waldron at 304-263-8873, Ext. 117. The first meeting will be Friday, March 13, 2015 at 10:30 am at Berkeley
Senior Center.

The Computer Lab at Berkeley Senior Services is looking for seniors to share their
computer/technology knowledge with other seniors.
You do not need to be an expert. All of our volunteers are simply computer enthusiasts
who enjoy helping others gain more confidence with
technology. In addition, the time you wish to share is entirely up to you with no greatcommitment. Y
ou may volunteer as little as a couple
hours a month or as much as a couple hours a week! Not only is it fun and rewarding,
but you always learn something!
Please call 304-263-8873 and join us!
Please call Dianne Waldron 304-263-8873 Ext. 117 or Katherine Donovan Ext. 106.
