o Physically fit/able to
lift 70 lbs.
o Able to pass a
reading and math
test at/or above the
8th grade level.

technology

o Brooklyn Networks is an
intensive hands-on training
program that will help
participants start a career in
the field of network cable
installation.
o Cable technicians install the
lines that run behind walls
and ceilings that are hooked
up to computers, telephones,
security systems, A/V
equipment, and broadcast
cable.
o Graduates receive an
internationally recognized
Level 1 Installer certification
from an organization called
BICSI.
o Job placement assistance is a
part of the program.
