A delivery van (L300) will be picking up the purchased supplies from the point of origin which is at Paco,Public Market, WinWin Plastic Supply Paco,Manila and Masagana Super Gas located at Kalaw Taft Avenue Manila, from there the delivery van will be t
transfer the said supplies to the Storage area which is located at Unit 103 1555 Aurora Building, Merced St, Paco Manila, After the
supplies has been transferred, it will be delivered to its last destination which is at Philippine General Hospital which is the last place
for the delivery of the supplies.

The Product will be delivered to a partners house (Abis house) Unit 103 1555 Aurora Building, Merced St. Paco Manila. The
supplies and other ingredients for the production of the products such as the, Meat, Fish, Chicken, Vegetables and other wet and dry
ingredients will be kept in the residence of one of the business partners, where freezers ,refrigerators ,coolers will be provided so that
quality and freshness of the product will be assured. As for the spices and container of the food it will be kept in several shelves of
cabinets designated for them. After that it will be delivered to Philippine General Hospital where the preparation, cooking, packaging
and selling will take place.

The method that is going to be use in delivering the food to the costumer will be person to person, wherein the transferring of
the food will be from the employee who is preparing the food to the customer who is buying the food. The mode of paying will be pay
as you order, wherein, the customer must pay first the following prices of his/her order before he she can enjoy her food. Our delivery
of food to costumer will be like other fast food chain but during the course of payment our staff is already preparing the food and upon
3-5 minutes at max, his or her order is ready to serve and also be served with a proud smile that our menu is worthy of their money.
Feedback
The method or process that is going to be use to gauge the customer satisfaction with food rice toppings will be in the form of
survey sheets, wherein the customer who is the subject of the survey will rate accordingly their satisfaction with the food and on how
the employees perform their work with regards to how they perform. We will be rated as follows: Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor
and Needs Improvement. It is not mandatory for costumers to answer our evaluation sheet but we will impose our will that almost all
costumers in order to arrive in a correct statistical evaluation.
PROCESS:
How Chicken, Beef, pork and Fish etc. will be cooked in the food Stand.
Considering that the ff. ingredients already undergone the process of pre-cooking such as boiling, blanching, and slicing to their appropriate cuts
and measurements.
