Create AHL/OHD with contents with the element CC
Description
For each bag in a AHL/OHD file you may enter contents with the CC
element (max. 5 for AHL / max. 1 for OHD)
The line number of the CC element should correspond to the line
number of the CT (Colour/Type) element:
Contents CC01 = Contents for bag CT01
Contents CC02 = Contents for bag CT02.
When you create the file you do not have to indicate the line number of
the CC.
Page 24
Contents Categories
CAG (AHL) and COG (OHD)
Notes:
When you make inputs with the CC element CONTENTS CATOGERIES have to be used.
Each category is limited to 2 Lines
You may enter up to 12 characters per bag.
The categories have lower and higher matching values:
3 - Very descriptive categories
2 - More descriptive categories
1 - Common categories
The numbers indicate the matching value and they are not to be mentioned in the files!
The system knows 44 standard categories

Notes:
When do you set a QOH Input?
You hope (or better you know!) that the passenger will arrive later the same day.
You hope (or you are nearly sure) that the passenger is on board on a special flight and you want
to wait for the request (match with AHL).
You have many unclaimed bags at the moment and you have to set priorities to handle them.

SAH / SOH
Suspend AHL and OHD in WorldTracer Tracing
What do you suspend from tracing?
1. SAH: AHL file = AHL/S
2. SOH: OHD file = OHD/S
3. Individual elements in an AHL File as.TN, CT, BI
When do you suspend?
When an AHL file is created with a TNT transaction: The system will return automatically the AHL/S
mask, whenever a tag match is found for all tag numbers entered.
Auto-suspend of single-bag AHL file: A single-bag AHL file will be automatically suspended when a
FWD message exists at the time of creating the file.
Individual elements of a multi bag AHL file: Suspend the elements (TN, CT, BI) of the bag you
received, incase 1 or more bags are still missing.
A fully suspended File has the indicators /S after the Reference Number:
Example: WM AHL ZRHLX12345/S

Notes:
1. Delivery costs are the only valid Costs Inputs in OHD files:
e.g.. CS D/INR300
2. Element - XD-: this is to identify an OHD bag that has been delivered, but we want
tracing to continue for 30 days after the file is closed.
3. Element - XR-: Cross Reference File - XR is automatically created by a - BOM-.
