on a long term onsite assignment, the revised salary will be applicable to you on completion of long term onsite
assignment.

Annexure I: Overview of Medical & Insurance Benefits Program

Recent changes introduced to Medical Benefits Program are:

Employee Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) scheme is merged with Life Insurance w.e.f. 1st
November 2009 hence your revised Life Insurance limit is Rs 1,390,000/With the last renewal we have also introduced revision in room rent limits for the hospitalization
cover. These limits have been revised upwards to Rs 2,400/- per day & Rs 1,750/- per day for A
and B class cities respectively

The below mentioned Benefits are applicable to you and your immediate dependant family:
Medical Assistance Scheme (MAS)
Upto Rs 15000/- per annum or one month basic, whichever is higher. This can be used for the
following:
Medicine chest
Limit of Rs 2,500/Spectacles/Contact
Rs 4,000/- for spectacles & Rs 6,000/- for bifocal lenses for each member
Lens/Bifocals
Reimbursement for Domiciliary expenses including doctor's visit and
Domiciliary
prescribed
medicines, hearing aid, dental expenses etc.
Reimbursement of premium paid towards Parental Insurance upto Rs
