fabrics, both in India as well as Far-East and Pakistan. It is this

piece-goods.

Production
Our factory is equipped with the most advanced machineries. The sewing
machines have been imported from Juki and Pegasus, with
complimenting finishing equipments. The GERBER GGT CAD system is the
heart of the cutting department which also boasts of the highly
sophisticated GERBER FABRIC-SPREADER. The sewing floor uses the
ETON Mover system for better productivity and control.
In addition to employing the latest technology, we believe in assigning
the right person for the job. Both, the production as well as the quality
team, are built of some of the most experienced and innovative people
in the industry. We promote a culture of self-monitoring in our labor
force which is key in achieving international quality standards along with
high productivity.

country, and is hardly stones throw away from key sea-ports at
Tuticorin and Chennai. All these ports have a wide network
offering regular and flexible connectivity to key ports in Far-East,

We have an in-house fashion design studio headed by an

experienced European designer, who keeps our collections
updated with the latest trends and designs. Not only do we
provide our clients with the latest in fabric to product
development, but also work with customers product
development department to incorporate their inputs and give a
more personal service.

We employ the most sophisticated ETON mover system. This

system enables us to obtain high level of quality productivity while
reducing labor costs.
The automatic moving hangers are operated by the central
computer running on an advanced software which balances the
line plan and monitors the production flow in real time. The
advanced software helps the staff by:

Alerting of bottlenecks in the line,

Informing which station is non-operational,

Pointing out which sewer is responsible for defects, if any,

found during production.
Gerber - Technology Solutions for Industrial Fabrics

GGT CAD - expedites pattern making and grading. Helps use fabric
more efficiently by saving consumption and cuts costs.
