project, names of the members of the group, name of school and instructors name.
Table of contents contains the sections of the document and what page they
can be found.
Acknowledgement it contains details about individual, organization, groups or
any entity that you want to give credit or commend that provide you help in
creating the project.
1.0 Introduction it contains the overview of the project in relation from the past
and present. Details are in general stating the development of the problem under
investigation.
1.1 Background of the study it contains details about the target either a
local or generic. History and description of this target are discussed. This
might be information about people, work habits, place of work and others.
1.2 Statement of the Problem contains of the problems seen on the
prospective company or organization.
1.3 Objectives of the Study contains the purpose of the study. Provide
the reason for creating this project or study. These are certain things that you
want to provide with the prospective target.
1.3.1 General Objective discussing the objectives in general. How
every factor will be affected with these project or study in general?
1.3.2 Specific Objective discussing the objectives specifically.
Enumerating what objectives are provided to the target in every
aspect.
1.4 Significance of the Study contains how people involve in the project
will benefit. This may include the people on the company, their management,
their customers and the researchers. Enumerate them.
1.5 Scope and Limitation Scope contains the coverage or concepts or
methods that will be included in the study. Limitations contain the things or
concepts that would not be part of the project but related to it. These things
cant be done due to certain circumstances.
1.6 Conceptual Framework provide a figure wherein what are the Inputs
used, how they are Processed and what Outputs generated.

2.0 Data gathering Procedures and Outputs what tools you used in getting
the information needed. Then, provide what kind of information you collected using
these tools. Enumerate these tools. This may include interviews, questionnaires,
observation and internet research.
3.0 Documentation of the Current System contains the details about the
current system. How do they use it? What are processes involved? Problems found
in this system? How long they are using this system?
4.0 Schedule of activities contains the list of on-going tasks or activities. The
tasks or activities done were also included. List these activities using a Gantt chart.
Provide explanation on this chart. Provide also your milestones.
5.0 Requirement Analysis Specification discuss about how you analyse to
include particular requirements. What considerations you examine to come up with
these processes?
5.1 Process specification/modelling provide the Context Diagram and
the Level 0 DFD of the System. Major processes only.
5.2 Data specification/ modelling provide the Entity-Relationship
diagram of the system.
6.0 Software Design Specification discuss all about the design.
6.1 Process Specification provide the processes created as the design is
being undertaken.
6.2 Data Specification - provide the data used during the design.
6.3 Screen/Interface Specification the visual components or design of
the system. These may pertain to forms or windows with the elements within
them.
