1. ) Toallow all parties to present how they intend to drill the well and what their
requirements and conisderations are.
2.) Secondly to amend the programme as necessary , prior to obtaining the relevant
in house signature and submitting the programme for approval.

Loss exposures
1.Have all the loss exposures and hazards identified on the checklist and document
being addressed in the preparation of the Drilling programme , If not , why not.
2. Does the programme include all deviations from Drilling policy and company
guidelines manual.
- If yes has dispensation been granted and will full details be provided in the dossier.
3. Does the drilling unit have the capability of safely carrying out the proposed
operations, including any contingency operations.
4. Has the shallow seismic and seabed survey been conducted and presented to
this meeting, If not, why not.
- Are there any bright spots
- Has the surface location been moved
- Will a diverter be used
- Will the hole be drilled riserless
- Will a pilot hole be drilled
- Have shallow gas contingency plans been drawn up
- Are there any seabed hazards
e.g. cables, pipelines, wellheads etc. very soft, hard, deeply shelving sea floor.
5. Has a pore /fracture pressure profile been included.
- Does the programme indicate reliability /spread of data.
6. Is rig BOP systems details up to date.
- Will a diverter system be used
- Do the BOP's have adequate pressure rating
- Are all ram sizes/rated listed
- Are the position of K & Clines agreed.
