The original photographic ID used when completing the Initial Registration Form must be produced
prior to entry to the examination, those candidates who cannot produce the photographic ID will not be
allowed to enter the examination room.
Failed Examinations, taken at any centre cannot be retaken within 90 days. Additionally, if 3
consecutive attempts have been made at any module examination since 1 Aug 2012 a waiting
period of 1 year must elapse before the next attempt. Your signature certifies that you have
not taken and failed the same module(s) examinations within 90 days of the date of
examination applied for at AST and you have not attempted the module(s) examination 3 times
since 1 Aug 2012.
