Troubleshooting 2G/3G Call Drops, Failed or delayed HOs, IRAT HOs, IRAT Cell Reselections,
Pilot pollution, Co Channel, Adjacent Channel and coverage issues.

3G SSV testing including, Functionality test, Mobility Test

Short/long, audio, Video calling test and message testing

Data (HSPA+, HSDPA, HSUPA, R99)

Check Handover soft, softer and IRT

Carrying out drive tests using TEMS for newly added roll-out sites for Huawei Ufone/Mobilink
Roll-out Project

OMCR support for Drive Test during activity

Conducting TRX tests, GPRS/EDGE test and inter- and intra-site handovers tests

Coverage testing (RXLevel) both in idle and dedicated mode

Quality Testing (RXQual, C/I and SQI)

Supervising site audits, which involves horizontal panorama of the site, pictures of the
antennas and checking orientation and mechanical /electrical tilts of the antennas
