To Whom It May Concern

With more than 28 years of experience within the construction industry, I have acquired
and polished skills in carpentry, supervision, scheduling, communication, and conflict
resolution, making me an asset to any company. The governmental projects that I have
supervised and performed as Q/C on were US Army Corps of Engineers projects
through their resident office at Ft. Rucker, Alabama. I am extremely well acquainted
with the unique requirements of Corps of Engineer’s contracts, quality control plan, and
the documentation that they require.

My resume highlights my ability to supervise all aspects of commercial construction

from start to finish and to overcome any difficulties that may occur. It is my experience
that all projects have problems and issues that vary in degree depending on the project.
The important aspects are how a person reacts and the course of corrective action they
take to resolve those particular problems and issues. While employed by Glenn
Construction Company LLC I was able to succeed by saving money, saving time, and
increasing productivity. This was accomplished by coordinating daily with each
subcontractor and impressing upon them the need to complete scheduled tasks ahead of
schedule. I also held mandatory weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors to
resolve potential conflicts in the work, answer task related questions, and set weekly
goals to complete tasks. I also held mandatory preparatory meetings for subcontractors
prior to the beginning of their work. This was done to review the project schedule,
specifications, plans, and to make sure the subcontractor understands what is required
by these documents. I also verified that the subcontractor had the specified materials on
hand and sufficient manpower to prosecute the work in accordance with the
specifications and project schedule.

I am excited about becoming a member of your professional team and my ability to help
your company continue in its success. I would like to thank you in advance for your
consideration. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my qualifications in more
detail at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to
contact me.

Sincerely,
Robert O. Lee Jr.
