against the purchase order, check the Qty.

Timber

Class, Size, well seasoned & specification

Check class of timber & Maturity/ seasoning, dimensions / qty as

per Purchase Order

Zn/Al roofing

Gauge, thickness, test report& specification and client Check the brand against the PO
specified brands where applicable

Roofing tiles

Size, class, surface condition visual quantity and

clients approval

Check the brand/ supplier if applicable, check qty, check for

damages while unloading

Wall tiles

Check the brand/ design against the PO, verify the qty, Check for

Check the quality of sand according to the need, take 5 samples

from the lorry bed (4 corners and centre) & check for purity. If ok
check the quantity.
