SBCTI Cancellation and Refund Policy

All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application
fee of not more than $25.00 (not more than $10.00 for veterans) may be retained by the school if the application is denied.

All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within three business days after signing a contract with the
school.

All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. After the third business day has elapsed, the following refund policy goes into effect.

SBCTI Cancellation and Refund Policy (cont.)

When written notice of student cancellation or withdrawal is received:

With a minimum of seven business days notice, prior to Program/ program start date students will receive a 100% refund of the full
program tuition. In the event that an applicant applies and is admitted less than seven days to the date of the course or
seminar and wishes to cancel prior to the start of the class, the student will have 3 business days from the time of
enrollment to petition for a full refund.
With a minimum of six business days notice, prior to the program start date students will receive a 90% refund of the full program
tuition. With a minimum of five business days notice, prior to the program start date students will receive an 80% refund of the full
program. Beyond the fifth business day and up to the start date, tuition will be returned less a processing fee, of not more than $75,
and materials costs.

SBCTI programs are priced as per clock hour and as packages. Discounts are dependent upon the Program listing. Unused tuition
will be calculated on a prorated basis by taking the total cost of the Program or program paid by the student, less the used portion of
Program/program (whether the student has attended the Program or not), less the price for Program/program book(s), materials, labs
and exams used by the student prior to the date of the cancellation notice.

If you do not attend the seminar and do not cancel or transfer prior to the start date, the course fee is non-refundable.

Please note that it is our policy to hold all courses and seminars. However, the SBCTI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any
seminar, if necessary, and to substitute presenters. We will gladly issue course and seminar fee refunds if cancellation is necessary,
but we cannot be responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel expenses that may be incurred due to these changes.
