EXPERIENCE/ STUDENTS

We earned new knowledge about being a student

WEAKNESSES

staff nurse and also how to be an ER and ICU

nurse.
We applied our ability in facing different situation
we may meet in ER and also in ward.
The different procedures that we experienced
enhanced our capabilities as student nurses.
It gained us confidence in many procedures that
we are not familiar with.
We had developed the willingness and courage to
try and have additional knowledge to procedures.
Our experiences will contribute for our future
endeavor as competitive nurses.
Still worried and hesitant to the task given which
led to slight flaws.
We were unable to do correctly the procedures at
first time.
We had slight difficulty of making charts at the
first time

OPPORTUNITIES

We learn to communicate with different people

from new area.
We learn how to focus and to act quickly.
We gain more knowledge and experienced in a
situation on different areas.
We applied what we have learned during our RLE
in school.
We became more resourceful and we were given a
chance to gain self-confidence which we are not
really expecting from the start of duty.
We were also given the chance to enhance our
own weaknesses

RECOMMENDATIONS

Try to be more competent and open-minded about

suggestion and instructions that may help to
improve our skills that we may use in our future
careers.
To trust on own capabilities and be brave enough
to try new things.

They are very flexible with regards to work and
responsibilities
They can think quickly and address problems as
or before they arises.
They are willing to teach in specific situations.
Skillful and confident on handling cases even in
critical or toxic situations.
They are agile and well verse.
Even they are busy they are able and willing to
help students and still can handle their works
without pressure.
They let us; students to experience the
responsibilities which are on the scope of nursing.
They became our role model in different
techniques.
They let us view their work as a pattern
Continue the act of teaching students which will
help and may contribute to them as future nurses.

They have allocated area for certain skills
The whole area was well ventilated.

To learn how to handle client in a private hospital
setting.
To study the different conditions of the patients
Knew the different abnormalities or deviations
from normal.
Experienced different skills and feelings mostly at
ER.
