JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB SPECIFICATION
Designation: - Design & QC incharge ( FEMALE OR MALE CANDIDATES )

PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOCAD ( EXPERTISE ) + QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS ABILIT

Criteria & Quality Requirements in Candidate :- Wiilingness to learn new things by reading Professional Book
Motivated / flexibility in Multiple work given / Acceptance of Multitask one at a time & Result Oriented / Group leade
Self Learner / Fluent in English / able to handle telephone speech / Presentation speech and willingness to learn life
knowledge of MS -Office , PPT, Internet .

Required Skills :- Posses Knowledge of Autocad for Engineering Drawings -2 D / 3 D , Work under ISO 9001 :2008
process , Able to manage communication between all Department of the company / multitask ability / flexbile in any
given to perform /Ability to contineous improvement & innovation in Quality of products.
Key Performance Areas ( KPA ) - Design Department
Knowledge of Autocad ( 2D+ 3D) drawings to Prepare in minimum time
with all Technical details like - surface finish / Scale / Drawing angle / Cross
section area / Tolerance / diamensions / QC checks
To Prepare all drawings / Technical data sheet require to Vendors for
production purpose or for Clients for testing purpose.
To Prepare records of all drawings - Product wise in CAD file + PDF file &
submit to HOD .
If any drawings are having Mistake & you have given it to Production
department without approval of HOD then all rejection / repair /damage
charges will be borne by you from your salary , the company will not
responsible for such losses.

TO carry out 100 % gauge checking / visual by workers for all the items
that produced by VE-LOCK ( incoming of goods )

Evaluation Criteria :Job Timing :- 9:30 am to 7:00 pm ( Monday to Saturday )

One year bond with the company & deduction of security money from the salary as per discussion with HR duri

Work Experience:-

Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience will be require for the said post.

Should be able to work as per ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality
systems & maintain all work format of QC department

To prepare auditwork of ISO 9001 system twice in one
year time & make sure that there should not be any NC in
audit .
To do GRN Inspection for all incoming goods as per QC
format.
To visit vendors / suppliers along with Purchase engineer
for Quality check of Incoming /raw materials / semi finish
goods time to time.
To Prepare all test reports which is require for clients for
Product approval purpose.
Test reports like - Visual test / Diamensional test / Hydro
pressure test / assembly test / Chemical & Mechanical
Test reports / UT report / No Crack report / Product
Warrantee report .
To do Hydro Pressure Testing of GRN goods like - Ferrules /
Banjo fittings / QRC / Valves / Hoses as per QAP design for
each products.
To Prepare Final inspection report during assemly &
packing of goods (before goods get despatch from our
place ) to check if the lot has not any rejection problem as
per QAP criteria & it is souly your responsibility ,if it gets
rejected by clients then all rejection of goods value will be
deducted from your salary.
To initiate / Obtain TPI certification ( EIL / DNV/ LLOYDS /
TUV /UL / Type Test - for clamps / fittings / valves / QRC
products & to implement its process time to time.
Salary Structure :NO SALARY BAR FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
