Campus improvements and security updates
o Completion still set for late June 2015 for Rosedale Renaissance
April Topping Party for the construction
o Rosedale storefronts
Wesleyan now owns the 3000 block storefronts on Rosedale
The spaces will be renovated to attract more retail for food service
o Rosedale street improvements
Streets will reopen by late April/early May
o West Express Eatery
Aramark occupied the space while Doras was being renovated. Now
that Doras has reopened, so has Grille Works which Aramark is able
to sustain in the SUB
Currently no plans to reopen, but possibly seeking vendors
o Stella Hall & dorm security
Roof issues and common area were renovated and painted; summer
access control panels will be installed

Restrooms and showers will be renovated


Additional fob gates on Collard
Open the West Village gates and leave them opened starting at 5pm
when the Collard streets are closed, then close at 6am when Collard
streets open
Alarm on door of west side of Stella has been installed
o Security upgrades
One supervisor, one dispatcher, and one patrol
39 cameras have been installed on campus
4 or 5 security officers on campus
