Chapter 1 Overview
The BTS3606 is a low-cost indoor BTS that Huawei has developed based on the
cdma2000 1x BTS3612. In full configuration, the BTS3606 supports 6-sector
carriers (with baseband capacity 12-sector carriers), supports such typical
configurations as O1, S111 and S222, and supports ODU extended afar by optical
fiber. To lower the cost, the BTS3606 differs greatly from the BTS3612 in the design
of baseband, RF, structure, power distribution and cabling. The RF part in the
BTS3606 version implements both 450M and 800M bands. Digital intermediate
frequency (IF), baseband and software are designed for all band.
In this guide, the configuration account and the usage account of the open
command can be queried the detailed introduction at the OMC help information,
which of the hidden command ( which can only performed at TELNET) will be
explained particularly.
Note: In this guide, designing the content of the cdma2000 BTS3606 version takes
V100R001B01D002 as an example. Accordingly, the versions released in the future
will be modified synchronously.
Chapter 2 Account for Telnet special commands

2.1 Overview of Telnet special commands
Telnet special commands can only be sent to BTS after loading TELNET, which
offers the ways and measures of collecting information and solving problem, but do
not open to the subscriber. Some of the commands will effect the normal BTS
service, so please reading carefully about the function and the note of the
commands.

The command is to set the initial position of the satellite card antenna. When
the satellite card almanac is correct , the relative correct position of the
satellite card will quicken the rate of catching satellite.

Display BTS MTRM warn threshold. The current supported alarms are MTRM
temperature alarm and its monitor board temperature alarm(if the monitor board of
MTRB is exist).
Note
The setting function is finished in the INI file. Because the MTRM temperature
warn threshold is concerned with the physical character, note: the MTRM
warn threshold should not be changed unless the special condition.
