I successfully created an innovative program for improving numeracy and language skills for
students in the entire Elementary District Schools. I developed a project in which we accepted
original stories, poems, and dramas, mathematics quizzes from teachers, principals,
supervisors, and support staff. Materials were collected, edited, published into print and
developed Teaching Learning Materials kit with 25 items. The TLM with detail guide lines
was distributed to each elementary school in the district with enhanced training to teachers.
They applied the kit in their school. The techniques of using fingers and eye contact in
counting and reading were used. Pre Test, Mid Test and Post Test results of numeric and
language of all government elementary school ( 1500 elementary schools) are compiled,
computerized with table and graphs. Test results significantly improved.
I had a lot of experience as govt. money drawing and dispersing officer. I feel that I have the
qualifications and experience to meet the requirements for this position. I have extensive
professional experience in both counsellor and administrator roles in government education
departments and teaching institutions in India. I used my well-developed problem solving skills
when dealing with challenging situations. I have been able to consistently demonstrate rapid
learning skills and adaptability to change. I have successfully completed two months volunteer
work in Wasdell Academy ,Ajax, ON. under Enhanced Language Training Program.
I have excellent professional skills and enjoy working with students, parents, staff and other
