INDEMNIFICATION. This Underwriter, Shane Christopher Buczek (Social Security # 131-68-5635),
without the benefit of discussion or division, does hereby agree, covenant, and undertake for
indemnification, defending, and holding:

harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, liens, levies, judgments,
losses, costs, interests, and expenses; absolute or contingent, due or for becoming due, now existing or
hereafter arising, and howsoever evidenced including, without restriction, all legal costs, attorneys’ fees,
and expenses of whatever kind or nature, interests, penalties, and fines suffered or incurred by Shane
Christopher Buczek.
The conditions of the obligation are such that if BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE
BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH suffers any loss of Vested Rights in the said
Collateral Property or Monetary Losses due for debts claimed against the aforesaid Collateral Property, or
that SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, who binds itself by the obligation for making advance
payments from SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK’S U.C.C. Contract Treasury Trust Account, (also
known as the United States Treasury Account) established under IMF, BMF, IRAF, EPMF (temporary,
permanent and current) accounts for any and all who make debt claims against any of the Collateral or
Vested Rights in said Collateral of BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,

NEW YORK 14202 CRAIGD. HANNAH. The obligation shall bind the SHANE CHRISTOPHER
BUCZEK in all respects, for fully and faithfully complying with all applicable provisions.
The bond shall be in effect as of the date hereon and shall remain in full force and effect until the surety,
SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, is released by written order of the UNITED STATES Government
and provided that the BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK
14202 CRAIGB D HANNAH may cancel the bond at any Time and be relieved of further liability
hereunder by delivery within thirty (30) days, written notice for the SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK.
Such cancellation shall not affect any liability incurred or accrued by SHANE CHRISTOPHER
BUCZEK hereunder prior of the termination of said thirty (30) day period. The SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK will promptly re-issue a bond before the end of the thirty (30) day period for
an amount equal of or greater than the value of the instrument unless the parties agree otherwise.
The Indemnifying Party, SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, without the benefit of discussion or
division, does hereby agree; covenant and undertake for indemnifying, defending and holding the
BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D.
HANNAH, Indemnified Party, harmless, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs,
interests and expenses (hereinafter referred of as “claims” or a “claim”) including without restriction, all
legal costs, interests, penalties and fines suffered or incurred by the BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50
DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH arising as a result of the
BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D.
HANNAH having its personal guarantee with respect for any loan or general indebtedness of the SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK including, without in any way restricting the generality of the foregoing
amount owing by the SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK for all creditors.
The Indemnified Party, BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW
YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH, shall promptly advise the Indemnifying Party, SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, of any claim and provide the same with full details thereof, including copies
of any document, correspondence, suit or action received by or served upon the Indemnified Party,
BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D.
HANNAH. The Indemnified Party, BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,
NEW YORK 14202 CRAIGD. HANNAH shall fully cooperate with the indemnifying Party, in any
discussion, negotiations or other proceedings relating of any claim.

LIABILITY BOND AND EXTENT OF LIABILITY. SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, is held

firmly bound unto, BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK
14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH, in the sum of present Collateral Values, and any claims, debts, and losses
claimed by any and all persons against Shane Christopher Buczek, and/or the Commercial Transactions
investments and activities of the Collateral for the penal sum of $500,000,000.00 Five Hundred Million
Dollars- (called Limit Amount), but if the space is blank or marked UNLIMITED, it shall mean that Shane
Christopher Buczek’S liability shall be unlimited in Collateral and lawful money of the United States of
America for the payment of which, will and truly be made, I bind myself, my heirs, executor’s,
administrators, and third party assigns, jointly and severally, and firmly by these presents claim or claims or
for taking any action or instituting or taking part in any proceedings, either in his own name or in the name
of Shane Christopher: Buczek, or otherwise, which in the discretion of BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50
DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH may seem necessary or
advisable. In addition, the signature of BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,
NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH on any instrument, license, permit, or any document now
existing or hereafter arising, upon which the name of the Shane Christopher Buczek is, howsoever
evidenced, is hereby the authorized signature of BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE
BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH as agent representing Shane Christopher Buczek. In
addition, BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG
D. HANNAH may, on behalf of and in the name of the Shane Christopher Buczek, receive, open, and
dispose of mail addressed for Shane Christopher Buczek, and change any address of which mail and
payments are being sent. The power is given as security for the Indebtedness, and the authority hereby
conferred is and shall be irrevocable and shall remain in full force and effect until renounced by BUFFALO
CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH in
writing. The conditions of the above bond (whereas certain Collateral described herein is utilized for the
purpose of conducting commercial activity by the Shane Christopher Buczek) are in pursuance of the
Statutes in such case made and provided indentured for BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE
AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH; by which indenture BUFFALO CITY
COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH covenanted
for doing certain things as stated in the herein Agreement.

FIDELITY BOND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT, that Shane Christopher Buczek, also known as SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK©

Establishes this BOND in favor of the BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,
NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH.

In the sum of present Collateral values up to the penal sum of Five Hundred Million U.S. Dollars
$500,000,000.00, for the payment of which Bond, well and truly made, SHANE CHRISTOPHER
BUCZEK binds SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK’S heirs, executors, administrators, and third-party
assigns, jointly and severally, by these presents.

The condition of the above Bond is: BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,
NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH covenants to do certain things on behalf of Shane Christopher
Buczek, with regard to conveying goods and services in Commercial Activity to BUFFALO CITY
COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH, covenants to
serve as a transmitting utility therefore and, as an assurance of fidelity, grants to BUFFALO CITY
COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH a Security
Interest in the herein described Collateral: “Affidavit of Silver Surety (Instrument 108027668 OR BK
45544 Pages 829-830, recorded07/21/08)”.

This Bond shall be in force and effect as of the date hereon and until SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK
is released from liability by the written order of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT and provided that
BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D.
HANNAH may cancel this Bond and be relieved of further liability hereunder by delivering thirty (30) day
written notice to SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK. No such cancellation shall affect any liability
incurred or accrued hereunder prior to the termination of said thirty (30) day period. In such event of notice
of cancellation, SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK agrees to reissue the Bond before the end of said
thirty day (30) period for an amount equal to or greater than the above stated value of this Indemnification
unless the Parties agree otherwise.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE

SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, without the benefit of discussion or division, does hereby agree,
covenant, and undertake to indemnify, defend and hold BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE
AVENUE BUFFALO,NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH harmless from and against any and all
claims, losses, liabilities, costs interest, and expenses, hereinafter referred to as “Claims” or “Claim”, which
Claims include, without restriction, all legal costs, interest, penalties, and fines suffered or incurred by
BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG
HANNAH, in accordance with THE THREE CREDIT BUREAU’s personal guarantee with respect to any
loan or indebtedness of SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK, including any amount SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK might be deemed to owe to any creditor for any reason whatsoever.

BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG
HANNAH shall promptly advise SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK of any Claim and provide SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK with full details of said Claim, including copy of any document,
correspondence, suit, or action received by or served upon BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE
AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 shall fully co-operate with SHANE CHRISTOPHER
BUCZEK in any discussion, negotiation, or other proceeding relating to any Claim.

OBLIGATIONS SECURED

The security interest herein secures any and claims, indebtedness, and liabilities whatsoever of SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK to BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,NEW
YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become
due, now existing or hereafter arising, and however evidenced.

OBLIGATIONS OF SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK.

SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK warrants and covenants for BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50
DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG D. HANNAH as follows:

ORGANIZATION: SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK is a corporation, business trust, trust or constructive

trust which is duly organized validly existing, and in good standing under the laws of the United States.

AUTHORIZATION: The execution, delivery, and performance of the Agreement by SHANE

CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK have been duly authorized by all necessary action by (a) organization, or
bylaws, or any agreement or other instrument binding upon SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK or (b)
any law, governmental regulation, court decree, or order applicable for or on the SHANE
CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK.

PERFECTION OF SECURITY INTEREST: Shane Christopher Buczek agrees for executing such financing
statements and for taking whatever other actions are requested by for perfecting and continuing BUFFALO
CITY CRAIG D. HANNAH’s security interest in the Collateral. SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK
hereby appoints BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202
CRAIG D. HANNAH as its irrevocable attorney-in-fact for the purpose of executing any documents
necessary for perfecting or for continuing the security interest granted in the herein Commercial security
agreement. BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO,NEW YORK 14202
CRAIG D. HANNAH may at any time, and without further authorization from SHANE CHRISTOPHER
BUCZEK, file a carbon, photographic, or other reproduction of any financing statement or of the
Agreement for use as a financing statement. The Agreement is a continuing Commercial Security
Agreement and will continue in effect even though all or any part of the Indebtedness is paid-in-full and
even though for a period of time SHANE CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK may not be with Indebtedness by
and for BUFFALO CITY COURTS 50 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO, NEW YORK 14202 CRAIG
D. HANNAH.

Negotiate this discharge/asset item through the back office for settlement via the pass through account at
the treasury discount window under public policy (P.L.73-10) for discharge of debts in accordance HJR-
