Daytime Check List (Derived from Tools To Life)

1. Allow sufficient time to be on time throughout the day


2. Drink water!
3. What one thing could I do for myself today if I liked myself more?
4. Take two to 10 minutes a day to make something better in my life.
5. Review excuses and complaints lists. Attack one of each.
6. Stretch for 10 minutes several times today and enjoy it.
7. Ask regularly, “How am I?” If saying negative things about myself:
Laugh at the negative thoughts, excuses, complaints, fears and attitudes
to strip them of their power over me.
Say “My attitude is my decision and I am deciding to have a positive
one.” and find positive thoughts to help step past the negativity.
If they are false, say the opposite thing.
If they are true, change how I treat myself. Do not put myself down.
Instead say, “I can change these things and make my life better.
8. Bring the best I have to every situation and act to get the best out of
every situation.
9. Any time I am presented with a problem I will find my opportunity.
10. Repeat the following affirmation: “I am honest and truthful with
myself. I like myself and treat myself in a healthy manner.”
11. Before making decisions, stop briefly and listen to my inner voice.
12. Use the Reverse Tool. See the result of actions before I take them.
13. Ask yourself, “Am I putting in effort, or am I falsely expecting?
14. Smile a minimum of six times today; not all at the same time and not
just to yourself. Smile to others.
15. Stay organized, stopping if necessary to regroup.
16. Think about how fear holds me back. Move past it.
17. I know that I have things in my life that I have to change.
Ask periodically "Am I lying to myself about _______?" Lying violates
my personal law to live truthfully. To resolve this situation:

I take responsibility for my life.
I have the power to take control of the circumstance of my life and
change them or my attitude toward them. It is never too late to change.
Today I am going to start with not lying to myself about___________.
By not lying to myself, I know that I no longer can accept this behavior
and that I am going to change it right now. I will do all I can and use
whatever help I need, but I am changing this and I am not lying.
18. Know the things I should do, "Listen to your inner voice!"
19. Eat healthily, be healthy and achieve a healthy weight:
20. Do not judge.
21. “I can control my attitude and behavior so I am conscious and make
the right decisions to get the results I want!”
22. I am the security guard at the gate, before I behave I will check for ID
and ask myself if this behavior is allowed through.
23. Study and learn my red lights so that recognizing them becomes
automatic.
24. Repeat throughout the day, "I deserve success!"
25. Study my Personal Laws and create a new personal law today

26. Review my To Do List at the end of the day to setup for tomorrow.
