PIPELINE
INTERNAL COATING

Providing internal coating of Two Pack Isophtalic polyester/acrylic co polymer filled with flake
glass of 1mm thick (1000 microns) in single/two coat as per standard /manufacturers
specification using airless spray with all tools/tackles/men/machinery/ equipment required for
the same. The job also include internal surface preparation thru blasting as required to SA 2.5 as
per manufacturers specification The joints of the pipeline shall also be executed as per
manufacturers specification with tools like vacuum cleaning/airless spray etc and all related job
complete. Job also to include internal coating of fabricated bends, tees, spuds etc on fire
fighting pipelines for etc., at site as per the specification manually. Job also to include all types
of tests applicable for material used and application testing like holiday test/ DFT measurement
etc complete and as pr directions of manufacturer/EIC. Execution of the job as per latest codal
provisions, attached Technical specifications and as directed by EIC.
Approved applicators: KirloskarCorcon and Akzo Nobel
Contractor shall submit the method statement and QAP/ITP for the subject work.
