Led Automated Communications Management System team of five project managers and three contractors
with over 125 project personnel to deliver critical payload management system of MILSTAR communications
satellite program on-time and within budget while satisfying joint military service requirements.
Led Advanced Distributed Aircrew Training Simulation research project to link multiple training simulation
systems, successfully demonstrating effectiveness of distributed interactive simulation network technology to
support multi-ship aircrew training research for Air Force Research Laboratory programs.
Led combined military and contractor team to successfully develop, relocate, test and demonstrate Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency Warbreaker air warfare simulation project 25% ahead of schedule.
Led ARIA mission technical support and operations planning team for Air Force and Navy cruise missile flight

mission planning and execution in support of international cruise missile test.
Managed Cruise Missile Mission Control Aircraft modification program to upgrade operational aircraft for
Advanced Range Instrumentation Aircraft (ARIA) Programs Division. Thorough contract management
resulted in on-time, within budget aircraft modification projects to enabling expanded test mission support.
Managed development of Checkout Control and Monitoring Software, Shuttle Ground Operation Simulation
software, and Telemetry Record and Playback Subsystem software for the Vandenberg Space Shuttle Launch
Processing System program. Resulted in successful launch site readiness review for all three subsystems.
