I. Signs and symptoms:

Develop during teenage and the young adult
years
Most common in girls and women.
Eating disorder coexist with psychological and
medical issues such as, depression, anxiety,

Treatement depends on the severity of disorder,
individuals issues, strength
1)Therapy:
Individual or group therapy helps to improve
underlying disorder, improves self-esteem, and
learn healthy ways of responding stress and
emotional pain
Family therapy can also improve the eating
disorder
2)Nutritional counseling:
Dietician or nutritionist always involves with
treatment of eating disorder
Helping by designing a meal plan, set dietary
goals, and achieve a healthy weight

requirement and health consciousness of eating
disorder

3)Support group:
Attending an eating disorder support group
activity may improve persons awareness and
