COLLEGE OF NURSING
OVERALL OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the day we will be able to finalize and

disseminate our letters to the respected people in the company, settle all
the pamphlets, schedule and inform the employees for the upcoming
health teaching tomorrow.

STUDENTS ACTIVITY:

Finished the final proposal about health and wellness.

Completed and checked our proposal by our Clinical Instructor
Disseminated the letter of permission to conduct a health teaching to the

Safety Officer, Company Doctor and Nurse.

Finalized all the pamphlets that we will distribute to the workers.
Informed the employees about the time for the health teaching for
tomorrow.
