1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: -

HEAL STRESS MASSAGE CENTRE is a sole


proprietorship. The business will be started near Mindspace airoli because
of its business park. Working people can easily get a small massage of 15
mins and can go back to work with relaxed mind. The idea is to get
customers come to our parlour during their working hours break.
We offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage,
Deep Tissue work, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, and others.
This massage therapy business plan is being used to explore the cost
effectiveness of by moving the business into a business park
location. This would make the services more accessible to people who
work full time, and also make the office more convenient for clients with
medically-ordered massage therapy. The nature of the therapy - usually
15 to 30 minute sessions, focused on a specific body area, with a shortterm duration - makes it imperative that the clients can get in to see the
therapist over their lunch hour or during their work day.

2. INTRODUCTION OF ORGANISATION: The massage parlour will be started over business parks is because
normally nowadays many working people get stressed due to the heavy
working environment and pressure, due to this many employess fall prey

to sickness , high blood pressure, hypertension etc employees can


come during break hours to enjoy this service
As far as shop goes we will get a shop nearby this place which we can get
on rent. Two joint shop can make a perfect place. The rent estimated for
this is around 1.5 lakhs per month.

The turnovers of the enterprise initially will approximately Rs. 30 lakhs


for 1st year, for 2nd year it will be Rs.40 lakhs, for 3 rd year it will be Rs.50
lakhs & expect good growth in the futures.
Mission
Our mission is to run a profitable business by providing therapeutic
massage in a caring, professional environment. We offer massage in a
variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue work, Sports
Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, and others.
Our goal is to tailor the client's experience based on initial
interview information, as well as in-the-minute feedback during the
massage, to insure the client's comfort and satisfaction, and to
increase repeat business.
We intend to offer massage that is effective, yet respectful of the
client's personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and
energizing for both the client and the provider.
We are mindful of the overall experience - using quality oils and
lotions, appropriate scents, and soothing music, nature sounds or
silence - as the client prefers.

Objectives

1. Increase number of day-time clients by 100% by moving to a


business location.
2. Increase new clients by 50% by advertising locally also by setting
up some sessions in the office for employees.

3. PROJECT STRATEGY: It has been said, the top three items which determine success in
business are location, location, and location, then the planned move to
a downtown location represents our top strategy. By being more
available to working clients, and by making the other health
professionals who will refer those clients to us aware of our new
location, we literally make ourselves accessible to more business.
Once a client experiences the level of personalized care that we offer, we
are confident that we will have a return client, for as long as their holds
out

COMPETITIVE EDGE
Our "competitive edge" is our ability to give intuitive massage - to sense
in the client's musculature, posture and presence what work is needed where the pain is, where the tension is.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Critical to the success of the location with be the maintenance of referral creating

contacts

with

other

health

care

providers,

especially

chiropractors. Also, researching the possibility of becoming a Preferred


Provider with other health insurance companies that offer Alternative
Care to their members will be critical. Any opportunity to convince
allopathic physicians - MDs - to see massage as having long-term healing
benefits for their patients will also be taken, since they hold to key to
having massage paid for as "medically necessary."
In marketing the brand awareness enterprise will be distributing
pamphlets, hoarding, etc.

5. PROJECT FINANCIAL DETAILS


The enterprise finance will be combination of equity as well as
bank loan because it is not possible to raise 100% equity.
The enterprise will require capital of approximately Rs 50, 00,000
out of which 100% (i.e. Rs 50, 00,000) will finance by bank loan
The bank loan will be taken from Punjab National Bank @12.5%
& bank is located at dombivli west.
The tenure of bank loan will be eight years
Out of total capital, Rs. 40, 00,000 will be used in Working
Capital & remaining Reserves 10 lakhs.
The enterprise will be paying rent of shop, salary of employees,
purchase of raw material, etc.

7. MANPOWER REQUIREMENT
Specialize & skillful manpower will help enterprise to know
about latest development in their field as well as it will help
them to be competitively ahead in the market.
manpower is the most important element in its business to have
competitive advantages & to be successful in the market.
Our initial team consists of 14 employees, inclusive of a general
manager and an assistant manager, both of whom will be active
stylists/therapists.
Employees will be in from the two store divisions of spa and
salon. On the salon side there will be 10 stylists and one or two
receptionists.
There will be room for expansion to 12-15 stylists and three
receptionists. The spa side will consist of three massage
therapists, one energy therapist, one nail specialist, and one
receptionist.
There will be room for expansion to five to seven massage
therapists, and two to three energy therapists.

8. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

In term of implementation of project following steps will be undertaking


they are as follows:-

Firstly, we will finalize the location as per reference explained


above which is very important for the business (project) to have a
start-up.
Take location on the rent.
Once location is finalize the entrepreneur need to undertake license
from Municipal Corporation of that area to undertake business in
that intended area.
Entrepreneur will also register itself to the industry in which it is
operating to take advantages & benefit which are available to each
& everyone.
After once, location is finalize the entrepreneur will purchase the
Raw Material & equipment which are very important for
entrepreneur to start production which will initially lead to start
business.
Once location, raw material & equipment is finalize entrepreneur
will recruits manpower
Once location, raw material, equipment & manpower are hired &
production is done the entrepreneur will start a operation which is
other important element because it leads to income in term of
recovering of capital plus profit for which business in undertaken.
Along with Sales initiative, entrepreneur will also undertake
marketing activities which is important to promote their business.
