Duration of concerts in the Congress Schladming: concert duration may not exceed 50 min
Encores are NOT permitted due to the strict timetable

Instruments (Percussion, Harp, String Bass)
Mid Europe provides basic percussion equipment (please see sheet 4 in this excel file titled

concerts as well as rehearsal. Instruments that are not listed will NOT be provided, such as
stringbass, and other percussion instruments. Each ensemble is responsible for bringing th

The application is only valid when we receive the application fee (transfer fees must be
applicant) to the appropriate account: (if you apply for both a concert in Congress Schlad
participating in the CISM competition only ONE application fee has to be paid)

The application fee will be returned in full immediately if the ensemble is not accpeted to
Europe 2013. If the application fee has not been received by the time of the performance,
the right to cancel your performance. Ensembles that are accepted to perform at the 16th
Schladming MUST pay their own expenses (travel, accomotdation, etc.). Application fees w
returned after acceptance to the festival.
Program suggestions:
Please submit your program suggestions for the concerts in the
Congress Schladming and church concerts as soon as possible, but
not later than March 18, 2013 to Prof. Johann Msenbichler: (please
use program submission [sheet 3] form to do so)
Rehearsals in Schladming:
Mid Europe schedules a 20 minute dress rehearsal for each ensemble on the day of the co

If you would like additional rehearsal time, we can offer you a gym space. Reservation req
must be submitted by March 18, 2013. Mid Europe will try to accommodate your request,
guarantee availability.
