SWOT ANALYSIS FOR 'ORGANISATIONAL

ANALYSIS'
Purpose
1.
The purpose of SWOT Analysis during the summer training
is to carry out 'Organisational Analysis' of the Existing
company/firm/organisation, where student is conducting
summer training.
2.
Students are required to present 'CURRENT STATUS'
of the company/firm/ organisation in respect of its
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats.
3.
SWOT Analysis can be conducted for (a) New Launch of a
Company, (b) Strategy Formulation, (c) Problem solving. But,
in such cases focus of 'factors of analysis shall be different.
SWOT Analysis 2x2 Approach
In this approach Strengths & Weaknesses are 'mapped' against
Opportunities & Threats.

drawn depends on the availability of data.
