The Malaysian Airlines Group Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Jauhari Yahya was

onboard a Malaysian Airlines Flight MH300, that went missing on 17 September 2014
(The First Day of Esprit) along with 240 passengers and 12 crew members. Out of the
240 passengers onboard, 20 were party activists of Shiv Sena (India). After the incident
Boeing, the airplane-provider for Malaysian Airlines, wants to terminate their contract
with the controversial Airlines with immediate effect, which includes supply of Boeing
Dreamliners for the Airlines.
The Malaysian Airlines has multiple problems. Apart from the Boeing issue, its under
tremendous financial and management crunch. With a strength of 13,500 employees,
which includes the pilots, crew, staff etc., it is under immense pressure since 80 % of the
employees want to resign after the incident.
The investigation on the disappearance of the MH300, is at a crucial juncture, with the
families of the passengers onboard await further information that will provide them with
the answers they seek. Among other demands, they seek huge financial compensations for
their loss.
Also to top it all, there was a rumor that the CEO, who went missing, was in contact with
terrorist organization named al-qaeda, in the past few months and that it was he who
orchestrated the entire events of the day in order to plan an attack on Russia or Ukraine
because of the MH17 incident.
You, as a member of the Board of Directors of the company, need to form strategies to
save your company, which is about to be shut down and convince the concerned people
to avoid the shutdown. (Also, appoint a new CEO.).
