Compensation and Benefits:


I have understood that salary and benefits provided by Aon Hewitt (Company) are as indicated in the offer letter.
I understand that Performance incentive and merit increases is subject to eligibility and payout criteria. The payout is solely at companys
discretion and may be prorated if the appraisal period is less than 12 months.
I understand that Company benefits such as life insurance, medical insurance etc. could be revised from time to time at the sole discretion
of the Company.
Job Profile and Working Hours:
I have understood the job description and my role in the Company.
I understand that the company reserves the right to transfer me to any other role, business group, location and can change shift timing if
there is a requirement, on its sole discretion.
I have understood that the company holds the rights to move me in any shift and in particular, I confirm that I do not have any objection to
being required to work during the hours intimated to me in the offer letter.
I further understand that the Company may require my working beyond such number of hours on some occasions.
Leave Policy:
I have understood my entitlement under the current leave policy with respect to the various types of leave provided by the Company.
I have understood that as a new hire, taking leaves during the first 3 months of the employment is strongly discouraged as this can affect
the training / performance.
The leaves need to be taken in consultation & with prior approval of my Manager.
Career Growth:
I will be eligible to apply for IJP after spending the required tenure in the role and fulfilling the required performance criteria and guidelines
as per the IJP policy.
I have understood that promotion / Career Growth is a factor of my performance, conduct, and position availability. It is not dependent on
educational Qualification/ experience prior to joining the Company.
Background Verification:
I understand that my employment with the Company is subject to clearing all checks related to the Companys Background Verification
(BGV) process and should meet the companys guidelines and standards
I understand that the Company will have my background verification done through their authorized service provider
I shall be responsible for providing my consent for such verification and sharing all documents required for verification purposes by the
service provider within 48 hours from receiving the initiation of the BGV link on the email id that I have shared during my Interview. Failing to
submit the consent and required documents may delay my joining at the Company and may, in some instances, also lead to revoking of
offer. I also understand that, I need to submit my current/most recent employers relieving letter within 45 days from my joining date.
I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, any information that I have provided in connection with my application for employment is true,
correct and complete and that any falsification or misrepresentation or any omission of relevant information provided by me may result in
rejection of my application or, if it is discovered once I am employed, the Company may terminate my employment with immediate effect.
I understand that, in the event any information provided by me is not verifiable, the Company will have the right to terminate my employment
with immediate effect. Company can also hold the right to extend my probation for a reasonable period, if required.
I understand that, I need to present originals of all Mandatory documents on my date of joining, as I had shared with AON Hewitt during my
Offer process.
Service Agreement:
During the course of my employment with the Company, I may be required to undergo some training programs or engage in some process
implementation or other skill enhancement activities in India or abroad and I shall be intimated of the same and the estimated amount
involved during my offer process.
Regarding clause number 6.1, the Company reserves the right to ask me to sign a Service Agreement associated with such skill
enhancement activities.
As and when I am in receipt of a copy of the Service Agreement I am required read it in full and to fill and submit to the Company.
I understand that the Service Agreement has to be duly filled and signed by me and by my surety. I also understand that a copy of the
suretys ID Proof has to be submitted with the Service Agreement to the Company before my date of joining. Failing to do so, may lead to
the extending of my date of joining the Company.
I understand the Company has the right to pursue legal action if there is a breach of service agreement signed by me during the course of
my employment
General:
It is my responsibility to familiarize myself with and abide by the Company policies, include the Code of Business Conduct, available on the
HR Online Portal
It is my responsibility to complete all the mandatory compliance trainings in a timely manner

DATA PROTECTION EMPLOYEE CONSENT FORM


The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011 sets out
the principles that should be followed when processing personal data of any kind. One of the ways in which the Company can take steps to comply with
some of these principles is to ask you to consent to the processing of your employment related personal data.
We collect and maintain certain personal information about you as part of our general employee records. Our records may include your address and
contact details, marital status, family background, educational background, employment application, history with the company, areas of expertise,
details of salary and benefits, bank details, performance appraisals and salary reviews, records relating to holiday and other leave, working time
records, medical information and other management records. We have become aware of this information in a number of ways - directly from you, from
others and otherwise over time through our relationship with you - and may receive and/or retain it in various forms (whether in writing, electronically,
verbally or otherwise).
We use this information for a variety of personnel administration and employee, work and general business management purposes. For example, we
need this information to administer payroll, improve and maintain the administration of employee benefits (such as leave entitlement, medical and life
insurance, facilitate the management of work and employees, operate performance and salary reviews, operate the Companys IT and communications
systems, comply with record keeping and other legal obligations).
The Company also processes information relating to your health which may amount to sensitive personal data. The particular information that the
company holds relating to your health is the records of sickness absence and medical certificates (including any medical reports which employees have
provided). The purpose of keeping this sort of information is to administer Companys Sick Leaves, monitor and manage sickness absence and comply
with obligations under law.
The Company stores your personal information in personnel files kept in the HR department or servers and databases owned by the Company or the
Companys third party service providers in India or overseas. The Company has security measures in place which will ensure the confidentiality of the
information stored with us.
We comply, at all times, with applicable laws relating to personal data protection and any and all legal conditions that must be satisfied in relation to the
collection, transfer, processing, storage, and destruction of personal data. You agree that we may transfer your information and documents, physically
or electronically, to its personnel and affiliates in India or overseas in connection with the performance of Services under our employment agreement
with you.
From time to time, we will ask you to review and update the personal information we hold about you (although you are welcome to review and update
this information more or less frequently, as you wish).
You understand that Aon Hewitt may have contractual obligations with its clients which requires all Aon Hewitt personnel serving on the clients team to
undergo certain drug screening tests as prescribed by the Client. You:

Agree to submit to a drug test by a hospital/laboratory, which is empanelled with Aon Hewitt.

Fully understand that the test results will be used in accordance with Aons Privacy Policy.

Understand that your personal data shall be shared only with authorized Aon Hewitt personnel and the Client and shall be protected against
unauthorized access.

Declare that you will not question this present declaration in any manner in the future.

Declare that the aforementioned consent has been provided by you freely without any kind of pressure or coercion.
