Preparation of the Project Management plan.


Preparation of the Quality, Safety, Resource, Time, Scope, Risk management plans.

Follow standardized process in the organization to handle the project
Agree on the source plan, rampup/ rampdown plan with Sourcing, SQM
Agree on the manufacturing targets, processes with factory team and work closely with
respective stake holders

each mile stone and targets are met at the end of the project
Agree on installation, maintenance process needs, productivity targets and involve respective

MBM-2 was a global project. I


had made a detailed study on the
process, did pilots in few
branches (chennai, Bangalore)
and feedbacks were

starts/equipment in DMRC. Clear

was fine tuned again to reduce
material consumption
Kone has a outsourced call
centre which needs to be
operated for 24x7. I had visited
weekly to this centre to discuss,
audit the calls and understand

service visit in advance
to avoid missed visits
were made. Now KEI is
