PROCESSING (SVP) APPLICATION

Thank you for your application to TAFE NSW. You have now received your conditional/provisional offer letter for
your chosen course. In order to progress your application to the next stage, we require you to complete the following
questionnaire which will enable us to make an SVP assessment as part of the application process.
