Firstly to check what the transaction is using as a printout , form or smart form , we can check
These by going to the nace settings.
In the nace settings we need to check the application wisely , for this transaction is for delivery
we select V2 i.e. shipping in that we get to know the smartform name.
Now we can make changes in the smartform by copying the original and making it custom and
Make changes to the address.
For the translations to be maintained in the smart form we use function module
RS_TEXTPOOL_READ.
Activate the smartform and give this smartform name in place of the previous smartform that
Was called by the transaction VL02N.

Check the addresses available in the smart form , for this smartform they may not be
personal address available as this transaction is for delivery.
We can also use a function module address_into_printform used to change address
formats for the smartform.
For translations to be captured we need to insert program codes at the end of the
main table of the smart form and in that use function module .
Input and output parameters are to be entered when using the program codes.
we also can use FM GUI_DOWNLOAD to download the table of translations ,once the
form is printed.
