Job Description and responsibilities:


INOVAMAIS is looking to hire an expert for a Communication and knowledge management assistant position for its
office in Brussels.
The role of the Communication and management assistant is to plan and execute communication and knowledge
management activities related to European and Europaid Projects. She/he shall work as a document and
communication assistant for services linked to knowledge management and sharing. She/he shall have a relevant
background and experience in related matters (e.g. knowledge management, web-learning, pedagogy and
communication). In addition to the above, she/he will be partially involved in H2020 and Erasmus+ projects and
proposals preparation.

Responsibilities and foreseen scope of activities:


- To create and executes communication and knowledge management tasks and revises as appropriate to meet
changing needs and requirements;
- To ensure project documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
- To create and editing contents for webpage/website;
- To identify resources needed and manages day-to-day operational aspects of knowledge management and
communication activities;
- To proof-read and edit of reports;
- To ensure quality assurance procedures;
- Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal communication activities;
- To follow-up office management aspects, especially related to communication activities;
- To assist and contribute to the proposals preparation and project execution.
Requirements:
University degree;
Minimum 2 years experience as Communication and knowledge management assistant;
Previous experience in working with the European Commission, European Parliament or other international
organisations;
Ability to draft reports and strategic studies;
Capability of working in multicultural environments and excellent communication skills;
International work experience;
Multitask performance and capacity to work well under time constraints;
Working hours flexibility;
Excellent use of English and fluency in French, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered
beneficial;
Excellent IT skills.

We offer a competitive packaged adapted to the function and the possibility of a 2 years contract after an initial
trial period.
