{RT. 602) AND A PRIVATELY OWNED TOWNHOME COMMUNilY.

THE FOLLOWING IS A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EAOi ONE:

OUTFALL #1 IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE SITE COLLECTS APPROXIMATELY 5.1 ACRES OF
SITE AREA AND 9 ACRES OF OFFSITE AREA INTO A NATURAL CHANNEL THAT RUNS NORTHEAST
ALONG NORTH VILLAGE ROAD AND JOINS OUTFALL #2. THE NAi\JRAL CHANNEL FLOWS INTO A
PRIVATELY OWNED DRY POND. THE OUTFALL OF THIS POND IS ROUTED THROUGH A OJLVERT
UNDERNEATH NORTH VIUAGE ROAD. ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD THE OJLVERT
DAYUGHTS IN A NATURAL STREAM THAT FLOWS NORTHEAST. THE STREAM IS ROUTED INTO
OJLVERTS UNDERNEATH WIEHLE AVENUE (RT. 828). ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD THE
OJLVERTS DAYUGHT BACK INTO A NATURAL STREAM BED CONTINUING NORTHEAST. THE
STREAM OUTFAUS INTO ANOTHER PRIVATELY OWNED DRY POND AND OUTFAUS INTO A
NATURAL STREAM THAT JOINS PINEY RUN . THE POINT WHERE THE STREAM JOINS PINEY RUN
